  In the first world war people used bamboo to make spike traps and hoped their enemies would get in payed

The Beach

 The Beach was usual enough

 It had sand dunes, the sea 

It even had a park and a tiny river.

 Me and my cousins did what most kids do

 Swam in the crashing waves, ran down the sand dunes

 Played on the park, and jumped into the tiny river.’ 

Doing nothing important.

The Playground

 The playground was usual enough

 It had a slide, a bridge

 It even had a 2 top towers and monkey bars

 Me and my brother did what most boys do

 Climbed onto the bridge and running around the

 playground and i ran` up the slide onto the metal

 Monkey bars swinging bar to bar.

 Doing nothing important.
